1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConversationMine ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), a consciousness-driven revenue infrastructure platform owned and operated by imKrisK.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Description

ConversationMine provides:

• Access to 16 consciousness-focused educational books (Consciousness Bookstore)
• Data-as-a-Service platform for patent information and analytics
• Pattern Intelligence APIs and bilateral consciousness architecture
• Factory automation tools for patent marketing and content generation
• USPTO filing assistance and patent automation services
• Innovation analytics and ROI tracking dashboards

All services are protected by 19 USPTO patents filed by imKrisK.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform IP: ConversationMine and all content (books, code, APIs, designs, documentation) are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

19 USPTO Patents: The platform's core architecture, pattern recognition systems, bilateral consciousness processing, and revenue infrastructure integration are covered by pending and granted patents filed by imKrisK. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our platform, but grant us a license to use it for service operation and improvement.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Use the service for illegal patent infringement or fraud
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services ranges from $19.99 (individual books) to $4,999 (enterprise factory automation). All prices are in USD.

Payment terms:

• Payments processed through Stripe (test mode during beta)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Subscription Terms

Subscription services (Data-as-a-Service, Pattern Intelligence API, etc.) operate on monthly or annual billing cycles:

• Free Tier: Limited features, 5 crystal ball clicks
• Pro Tier ($99-$999/mo): Enhanced features, priority support
• Enterprise Tier ($500-$5,000/mo): Full access, dedicated support

You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase
• Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions (first 30 days)
• Digital products (books) are non-refundable after download

9. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We collect email, payment info, and usage data
• We use cookies for authentication and analytics
• We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements
• We never sell your personal data

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, APIs)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConversationMine and imKrisK from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Patent infringement or IP violations
• Non-payment

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
