Our Commitment: We want you to be completely satisfied with ConversationMine. This policy outlines when refunds are available and our fair refund process.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
✅ Full Refund Eligibility
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if:
- You are not satisfied with the platform
- The Service does not meet your expectations
- You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
- You decide the platform is not the right fit
Applies to: Pro subscriptions ($99-$999/month), Enterprise plans ($500-$5,000)
Does NOT apply to: Renewal subscriptions, second-time purchases, annual plans after 30 days
2. Pro-Rated Annual Refunds
Annual subscription refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis:

Example: If you purchase a $999/year Pro plan and cancel after 2 months, you receive: 75% × $666 (10 months remaining) = $499.50 refund.
3. Digital Products (Books)
❌ Non-Refundable After Download
Consciousness Bookstore purchases ($19.99-$49.99) are NOT refundable once downloaded due to their digital nature:
- Books are immediately accessible after purchase
- Digital content cannot be "returned"
- Preview chapters are available before purchase
Exception: If you did not download the book and contact us within 24 hours, we may issue a one-time courtesy refund.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings:
- Monthly Plans: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-month, no refund for unused days
- Auto-Renewal: Canceling stops future charges but does not refund current month
- Data Retention: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Visit our Support Center
- Submit a refund request with:
- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:
- Abuse or Fraud: Violations of Terms of Service
- Chargebacks: Disputed charges result in immediate account termination
- IP Violations: Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, reselling
- Excessive Usage: Crystal ball click limit exhaustion (intentional abuse)
- Change of Mind: After the 7-day/30-day window
- Third-Party Services: Costs incurred from Stripe, OpenAI, or other integrations
7. Processing Time
- Review: 1-2 business days
- Approval: You will receive a confirmation email
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for bank/card to reflect
Total Estimated Time: 8-17 business days from request to bank account
