1. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (valid for 1 hour)
- Click the link and create a new password (min 8 characters)
Note: If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
2. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account:
- Log in and go to Account Settings
- Click Billing & Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What happens next: Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund for the current month. See our Refund Policy for pro-rated annual refunds.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit cards (with Visa/MC logo)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- ACH bank transfers (Enterprise plans only)
Currency: All prices are in USD. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
4. How do I download purchased books?
After purchasing a book from the Consciousness Bookstore:
- Go to My Library in your account
- Find the book and click Download PDF or Read Online
- Books are available for unlimited downloads
- Save the PDF to your device for offline reading
Note: Books are non-refundable once downloaded. See Refund Policy.
5. What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro/Enterprise subscriptions:
- 7 days: Full refund for monthly plans (first purchase)
- 30 days: Full refund for annual plans
- 31-90 days: 75% pro-rated refund for annual
- 91-180 days: 50% pro-rated refund for annual
Digital books ($19.99-$49.99) are NOT refundable after download. See full Refund Policy.
6. How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan anytime:
- Upgrade: Immediate access to new tier features, pro-rated billing
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
To change plans: Account Settings → Billing & Subscription → Change Plan
Free Tier: Limited to 5 crystal ball clicks. Upgrade to Pro for 500 clicks/month.
7. What are "crystal ball clicks" and how do they work?
Crystal ball clicks are your usage credits for AI-powered features:
- Free Plan: 5 clicks total (lifetime)
- Pro Plan: 500 clicks/month ($99-$999/mo depending on features)
- Enterprise: Unlimited clicks ($500-$5,000/mo)
What counts as a click: Pattern recognition queries, consciousness analysis, USPTO filing assistance, API calls.
Unused clicks: Monthly clicks do NOT roll over. Use them or lose them.
8. How does the waitlist work?
If you joined before our May 19, 2026 launch:
- You'll receive an email on launch day with early access
- Waitlist members get 10% off first month

Yes, all 19 patents are real and filed by imKrisK.
